At Rascals UAE we know it’s nerve-wracking trying a new diaper brand & we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you’ve chosen.

Diapers are not eligible for a return or replacement due to hygiene concerns so please ensure you select the correct size before checking out. If you are unsure what size to pick, please check our size guide

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help. In case of any damage/defect, we will help you process an *Exchange Request. Kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your product on hello@rascals.ae

You must return all damaged products in their packaging so we can investigate further.

What diaper size is right for my baby?

Babies come in all shapes and sizes, which is why our diaper size range is based on weight. Check out our diaper size guide for a recommendation, and to read our top tips on getting the right fit. Tip: If you’re between sizes, try the smaller size first!

Are your products safe on sensitive skin?

Absolutely! Dermatologist tested safe on sensitive skin, Rascals Premium Diapers, Training Pants & Wipes are made with Zero Nasties and contain 0% lotions, latex or fragrance.

Why is my baby’s diaper leaking?

The most common cause of diaper leaks is the wrong size diaper or fit. Engineered with up to 12 hours of leak protection[3] and leak-proof features, Rascals Premium Diapers are designed to keep leaks contained. To help ensure you have the correct size and fit, we recommend:

Choosing a diaper size based on weight. Check our diaper size guide to ensure your baby is still within the correct range.
Checking the diaper is fitting correctly, including: having the leg cuffs untucked, tabs securely fastened at the waist, and waistband sitting high on your little one’s back.

Do you offer sample packs of diapers and training pants?

We know parents love to try new diapers before switching, which is why we try to offer free samples for new customers.
